Photograph as you go, not on the last day

Receipts fade, and thermal paper fades fastest. The photograph taken on the day is the one that is still readable at the end of the month.

Name by date

2026-03-04-taxi tells you the order and the content at once, and it sorts correctly in every system — unlike a name that starts with a Polish word.

One file per month

A single PDF in date order reads faster for whoever approves it, and an item cannot go missing between attachments.

Keep the paper anyway

A photograph is for the claim; the original receipt may still be required. Combining the photos does not replace keeping the paper.

Check before sending

Open the finished file and look at every page once. A blurred receipt discovered by the approver costs a week.
